How to recover a deleted account

When you delete your account, we delete all the data from our servers. We do that to protect your privacy and respect your rights.


If you want to re-create your entire account and be able to sync all the data again, the only way to do that is to export the data from your iPhone and send it to us via support. It is very easy to do:


You need to have version 2.17.4 or greater installed on your iPhone or iPad in order to follow these steps.


  1. Open the app that contains all the trips and activities, go to "Settings" (the top right button on the trips list)
  2. Make sure you have an account logged in. If you don't, please create a new one using your email and password. Don't use the Apple Sign-In option.
  3. Once you are logged in on your new account, long-press the "Talk to us" option for 1 second.
  4. The form to submit a message will contain your database attached.
  5. Write in the message that you want to recover your account with that data.

Our team will import that database into your account a few hours later, and the sync will work again on your devices logged on to your new account.
